We have found that some guests are looking for a hotel type experience and some are looking for an apartment type experience. We therefore provide two distinct styles of service.
Luxury Inn
Our Luxury Inn includes daily housekeeping and continental breakfast delivered to your room, featuring gourmet french press coffee or tea service, orange juice, tropical fruit, fresh breads, butter, preserves and cold cuts and cheese.
Two Bedroom Suite
- Low season: $275
- High season: $375
- One Bedroom Suite -
- Low season: $200 p/n,
- High season: $250 p/n.
Minimum two (2) nights stay required. Standard occupancy of the two (2) bedroom suites is four (4) people and for the one (1) bedroom suite it’s two (2) people. An Additional Guest Fee of $30 will be applied for additional guest(s) beyond standard occupancy. Maximum occupancy for the two bedroom suites is six (6) people and for the one bedroom suite is four (4) people.
Apartment Suites
Our Apartments are also available for longer-term rentals at a lesser price. This option includes twice weekly housekeeping.
Two Bedroom Suite
- Low season: $175
- High season: $275
This rate is available for stays of at least five (5) nights and must include at least three (3) weeknights. Please contact us directly for rates on stays longer than one week.
Reservation Policies
In order to secure a reservation, La Terraza requires a deposit of 25% of your expected bill. This will be refunded for cancellations made up to 2 weeks prior to the arrival date. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in the building.
Check-in is from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. If you are arriving outside of these hours you MUST notify us by email in order to ensure that you will be able to check in. Check-out is at 12 p.m
